Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop sales strategies for premium furniture and interior products.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Increase average order value and conversion ratios.
Identify recent revenue streams and business prospects.
Build robust relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and

corporate clients.
Promote turnkey interior solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Retail Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
Maintain premium visual merchandising standards.
Ensure product displays reflect luxury brand positioning.
Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.




Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop customer loyalty and referral programs.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
Build a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.

Marketing & Brand Development
