Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, corridors, and public areas.
Change bed linens, replenish guest amenities, and prepare rooms for arrivals.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company SOPs.
Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
Maintain housekeeping stores, linen, cleaning supplies,
and equipment.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping procedures.
Valuable grooming, a positive attitude, and a guest-focused approach.
Basic communication skills; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Solid attention to cleanliness and detail.
