About the Role

Senior Manager - BD Switches Project & Channel

Key Responsibilities

A.



Project Business
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of project enquiries — from identification and registration through to order conversion.
Work closely with regional sales teams to track, prioritise, and govern the project pipeline across geographies.
Engage with architects, consultants, MEP contractors, and project decision-makers to drive specification and preference for Jaquar Switches.
Coordinate with the product team to develop project-specific responses, BOQs, and technical submissions.
Monitor project conversion metrics and report progress against defined revenue targets.

B. Channel Sales
Support the development and activation of distribution channels for the Switches business.
Work with channel partners and the field sales team to drive secondary sales, scheme participation, and product availability.
