Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the client's portfolio of products and services
Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment and wealth management specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial advice and support
Actively monitor client accounts, portfolios, and transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements




Contribute to the growth and development of the Treasures client segment by implementing effective client acquisition and retention strategies

Requirements
In a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients
Proficient in financial analysis, investment planning, and wealth management concepts
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide customized solutions to client needs
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
