Position Summary

PROTEC is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the company's finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting, costing, audit, compliance, banking, and financial planning functions. The ideal candidate will ensure financial discipline, support business growth through data-driven insights, and maintain statutory compliance while leading a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
Lead the complete Accounts & Finance function of the organization.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly,



and Annual Financial Statements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Ensure optimum utilization of financial resources.
Present MIS reports and financial dashboards to the Management.

Accounting & Reporting
Finalization of Books of Accounts.
Balance Sheet preparation.
Profit & Loss Account.
Cash Flow Statements.
General Ledger scrutiny.
Fixed Asset Accounting.
Bank Reconciliation.
Provisioning and Accruals.
Monthly Financial Closing.

Costing & Budgeting
Product Costing and Cost Analysis.
Manufacturing Cost Monitoring.
Standard Cost vs Actual Cost Analysis.
Variance Analysis.
Annual Budget Preparation.
Department-wise Budget Control.
Cost Reduction Initiatives.
Inventory Cost Analysis.

Taxation & Compliance
GST Compliance & Return Filing.
TDS Compliance.
Income Tax Compliance.
