About the Role:
Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
Manage SURF tickets, ensuring timely monitoring and resolution with appropriate corrective actions
Monitor staff deployment, coordinate with vendors to meet site-specific requirements, and validate vendor staff attendance
Briefings and conducting training sessions to ensure staff are well-informed and properly trained
Prepare Procurement Strategy and Tender Evaluation Plan for approval by the client

About You:
Intermediate to Advanced experience in Facilities management is essential
Previous experience in a similar field is mandate to manage the role
Experience within the IFM is advantageous
Strong written and oral communication skills




High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a quick-paced setting
