Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist / Content Writer with mandatory B2B SaaS experience to create compelling, business-focused content that educates and influences decision-makers. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technology concepts and develop value-driven content across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality content including blogs, website pages, landing pages, case studies, eBooks, brochures, product descriptions, and sales collateral.
Translate complex SaaS, AI, cloud communication, and contact center solutions into transparent, customer-centric messaging.
Develop content for different stages of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
Optimize content for SEO,



readability, and audience engagement.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to develop thought leadership content.
Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all communication channels.
Review, edit, and enhance content to ensure high editorial standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Content Writing or Content Marketing.
Mandatory experience in B2B SaaS content creation.
Robust understanding of SaaS products, customer pain points, and value-based storytelling.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with SEO content optimization.
Solid research, analytical, and content planning abilities.
Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Cloud Communication, Contact Center, Telecom, AI, VoIP, or CX platforms.
Exposure to Product-Led Growt
