As a Software Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customers business goals, needs and general business setting. You will work with product management, other engineering teams, customer success and support on developing cutting edge new product features and enhancements across various areas of Boomi offerings.
You will:
Be a key member of an Agile team, collaboratively realizing features through the software development lifecycle
Guide and participate in design, development, unit testing, and deployment of Boomi products and services including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported
Investigate and resolve complex customer issues
Work independently with a minimal level of guidance from technical leadership
Mentor other Boomi engineers, including design collaboration and code reviews
Research, validate, and recommend technology decisions for current features

Bachelors or Masters degree in CSE
5+ years of enterprise software development experience using object-oriented languages like Python
3+ years of experience in architecting and implementing APIs and integration technologies in distributed enterprise settings using a combination of technologies, languages or standards like REST, SOAP, JSON, Python, Java etc.
Expertise building and maintaining microservices based architecture in cloud ecosystems and related technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
Experience using Devops tools like Jenkins and other CI/CD tools
Strong experience with SQL and relational database systems (example Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB) and knowledge of Application Integration and/or Data Integration (ETL) domain
Familiarity with cloud based data warehousing and data lake solutions such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Athena.
Experience with queuing SaaS systems like AWS SQS and Kafka.
