Product qualification testing in environmentally controlled chamber at different ambient following industry standards/specifications.
Responsible for Thermo-Mechanical and structural design from concept to final product.
Work with global development and cross functional teams.
Development of products for outdoor application which meets various Ingress Protection (IP) ratings.
Interact with UL and other labs (CPRI, TUVE, etc) for conducting various experiments related to solar products for product validation.
Complete documentation for simulation design,



analysis and experimental/testing results

Who you are and what you bring:
A technical Degree (Bachelor or higher qualification) in Mechanical Engineering.
12+ yrs related experience + BE OR Masters + 10 yrs in product development
Experience in thermal design of Inverters and Battery Energy storage systems development is preferred.
Positive expertise in one or more Analysis Tools - Simcenter Flotherm, Icepack, Solidworks Flow simulation, ANSYS Structural, COMSOL Multiphysics MSC Nastran etc
Able to prepare simplified CAD geometries to perform CFD simulations independently using Tools like Solidworks
