Amaze Manors is a boutique short-term rental (STR) management company. We manage luxury vacation homes in Las Vegas, Nevada and Southern California, listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

About the role:

We're looking for a Property Operations Associate to help run the day-to-day side of our rental properties. This includes guest communication, booking support, coordinating with cleaners and vendors, and keeping listings and records accurate. It's a remote, night shift role working US business hours.

Requirements:
Proficient in English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate clearly with US-based guests, owners, and vendors
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing,



or Operations (property management/STR experience is a plus, not required)
Able to work night shift hours aligned with US time zones
Work from home setup — secure internet and a quiet workspace
Comfortable using tools like messaging platforms, spreadsheets, and booking systems

Nice to have (optional, not required):
Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com
Familiarity with guest communication or customer support

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
