Job Responsibilities
Transition Planning & Execution - Plan and execute WBD GBS transitions across multiple functions and global locations according to the GBS transition methodology and playbook. Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Ensure all transition tollgates have been met and operations are stabilized before transition shutdown
Workshop Participation - Participate in workshops with executive leadership to develop transition scope, resource requirements, timelines, communication plans and budgets in line with GBS transition methodology and playbook
Liaise With Transition Support Functions - Ensure staffing and infrastructure is in place to effectively execute transition. Liaise with Human Resources on staffing impacts and technology and facilities for infrastructure and access set-up.
Transition Status Updates - Keep all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress. Build close rapport with key internal stakeholders and clients.



Create reports and presentations to keep executive leadership up to date on transition schedule, budget, and status. Facilitate daily/weekly/monthly meetings with all stakeholders to collect status and discuss issues.
Transition Issue Management & Resolution - Spot any transition-related issues and risks and propose effective solutions to resolve them swiftly. Propose recommendations for any requests for transition changes to Transition Lead for approval. Provide guidance and direction transition participants across the organization
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with at least partof that time working in a global shared services organization
Experience leading large scale, high visibility business process transitions
Experience managing projects/teams across various global locations
Experience driving process improvement
Combination of experience in both accounting ERP systems and management in
