Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Conduct reference and background checks when required.
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.




Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered for entry-level roles).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Experience with ATS and HRMS software.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
