Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst – Digital Transformation to lead business transformation initiatives across FMCG, CPG, and enterprise business functions. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to identify process improvement opportunities, drive digital initiatives,



and deliver technology-enabled business solutions. The role requires expertise in business analysis, ERP transformation, process excellence, and digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Drive and manage end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across business functions.
Develop and implement business transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead a portfolio of digital initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and operational

efficiency.

Partner with business and technology leaders to drive enterprise-wide transformation programs.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements.
