Role & responsibilities
Having experience in the installation and commissioning of similar products, the person will install the Education Technology solution products.
Providing maintenance and services in the designated regions.
Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
Providing Product Demos and technical training to the client.
Versatile to travel nearby locations in case of any projects requirement.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must possess excellent technical skills
Comfortable in traveling
Should have own source of commuting. (preferred)
Valuable Problem-solving skills
