Role & responsibilities

1.Area Business Manager / Regional Business Manager
Drive Savings, Current and Term Deposit Mobilization.
Implement Catchment Mapping, NTB Retention, Deepening and Liability Campaigns.
Conduct employee training programs and monitor productivity metrics.
Improve walk in Conversions and conduct HNI client engagement.
Lead loan disbursal for Retail, MSME, Housing and other segments.
Drive lead generation, support campaign execution, ensure proper documentation and credit note quality.
Conduct product training supervise regional/national campaigns.
Monitor loan sourcing quality and assist in NPA/NPV recovery follow-up.

Preferred candidate profile




Minimum 10 years of total service in the Bank including at least 3 years in similar role.

Experience in Branch Banking, Credit, Business Development or Operations.
Proven track record in business target achievement and branch growth.
Solid leadership, Communication and team coordination skills.
Deep understanding of customer relationship and product awareness.
