The Regulatory Executive will manage statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, government liaison, and project clearances required for renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
Obtain statutory approvals and permits.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Track regulatory changes affecting projects.
Government Liaison
Coordinate with Revenue, Energy Department, DISCOMs, SLDC, CEIG, Forest, Pollution Control Board, and local authorities.
Attend meetings with regulatory agencies.
Support project teams in obtaining project clearances.
Coordinate with consultants and legal advisors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Law, Management, or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure projects.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of renewable energy regulations.
Government liaison.
Documentation and reporting.
Communication and negotiation skills.
MS Office proficiency.
