Job Summary
The Head of Finance will lead the finance and accounting function across multiple retail locations, ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, business profitability, and strategic financial planning.
The role requires robust leadership in budgeting, financial reporting, AP, AR, cash flow management, internal controls, taxation, and business partnering to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Drive profitability analysis and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
Support business expansion, current store openings, and investment decisions.

Financial Reporting
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Present MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance analysis to senior management.
Monitor KPIs including sales, margins, inventory turnover, operating expenses, and EBITDA.





Retail Finance Management
Oversee financial operations across multiple retail stores and distribution centres.
Monitor store profitability and implement financial controls.
Analyze product/category profitability and pricing strategies.
Ensure effective inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

Treasury & Cash Flow
Manage working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and fund utilization.
Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory financing.
Ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Internal Controls & Risk Management
Establish robust financial controls and SOPs across all locations.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strate
