Reports To: Planning Manager
Coordinates With: Production, Technical Services, QA, and Supply Chain
Objective:
To extract, plan, and release accurate maintenance forecasts and task cards ensuring compliance with OEM and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract maintenance forecasts from MPD, TCTO, and other OEM documentation.
Prepare task cards and integrate them into maintenance work packages.
Analyze TAT, MTTR, and propose optimization strategies.
Coordinate with Technical Services to include EOs and mods in plans.
Monitor readiness of Pre-loads as per work packages.

TAT & MTTR Analysis Reports
Pre-load readiness for maintenance
Qualifications:
Education: B.E / B.Tech or AME (Mechanical/Aero/Electronics)
Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance planning
Key Competencies:
Knowledge of MPD / TCTO documentation
Proficiency in SAP / RAMCO, MS Project, and IETP
Analytical problem-solving skills
