Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Engineer with experience in logistics planning, material management, and supply chain coordination for large-scale EPC and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely material delivery, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate logistics activities for project materials and equipment.
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and site teams.
Monitor inward and outward movement of project materials.
Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock reconciliation.
Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
Prepare logistics documentation including Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, MRNs, Gate Passes, Transport Documents, and Invoices.




Maintain logistics MIS reports and shipment tracking records.
Update ERP/SAP with logistics and material movement details.
Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Site, Warehouse, and Vendor teams.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and project timelines.

Educational Qualification
