Hiring: Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead interior design and execution projects from project initiation to final handover and photoshoot.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery from project allocation to completion.
Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination.
Ensure timely release of design approvals, BOQs, and cut-lists.
Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and prevent escalations.
Coordinate with designers, procurement, production, site teams, and customer success.
Drive proactive client communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage project quality, handovers, snag closures, and photoshoot readiness.

Requirements
Robust planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (MIS reporting, dashboards, trackers, formulas, data analysis,



and project reporting) are mandatory.
Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability across teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
