Roles & Responsibilities-
This role majorly focuses on PRIMARY RESEARCH
Primarily will be involved in conducting research surveys over the phone with national and international respondents with C-Levels/VPs/Directors/Managers etc.
Studying and analyzing the business needs of clients and prospects, conducting market research.
Perform secondary research and generate leads using various tools, directories, and websites.
Performing web based as well as telephonic interviews in different geographies. (CATI & CAWI.
Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
-Initiating In-depth Interview and probe for information resulting in valuable qualitative data.
Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details.
Working on the conceptualize and designed project methodology in close coordination with the manager.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24*7) [Cabs will be provided].

Working days: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Education :



Graduate / Postgraduate (B.com/BBA/MBA)

Salary : 3 to 4 LPA

Competencies Required:
Must have excellent oral communication skills.
A positive and high patience level.
Solution-oriented approach.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
Must open for rotational shifts.
