Ensure staff compliance with school policies and code of conduct.
Student Welfare & Discipline
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning setting.




Implement discipline policies fairly and consistently.
Address student grievances and behavioral concerns.
Promote character development, leadership, and extracurricular participation.
Parent & Community Engagement
Build solid relationships with parents and guardians.
Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
Develop partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with the regulations of the respective education board and government authorities.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and school documentation.
