Job Summary

Maria Group is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations and ensure efficient stock management. The ideal candidate should have positive organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing shortages and excess stock.
Maintain accurate stock records, including inward and outward entries, stock registers, and inventory reconciliation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with the purchase department for timely stock replenishment.
Monitor stock movement, damaged goods, and product returns.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
Prepare stock reports and MIS reports for management.
Handle dispatch documentation and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
Follow company inventory policies and maintain accurate documentation.





Eligibility
Qualification: Plus Two, Any Degree, or Diploma in Logistics/Inventory Management.
Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management are preferred.
Age: Below 35 years.
Gender: Male/Female.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).
