Key Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and review architectural and working drawings.
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity estimates from drawings.
Develop and generate ground floor corridor layouts based on project design standards.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other external consultants/agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in preparing construction drawings, revisions, and documentation.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Support senior architects in project planning, execution, and coordination.
Maintain accurate project records, BOQs, and drawing revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
1–3 years of relevant architectural experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and MS Excel is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
Positive coordination and communication skills for working with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Robust analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
