The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role involves managing staff, improving operational processes, controlling budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
