Job Description – Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Make daily follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients.
Understand and verify customer requirements to recommend suitable AV products and solutions.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, inquiries, and pending orders.
Convert inquiries into sales orders by effectively explaining product features and benefits.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships through regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and customer engagement targets.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Robust customer relationship and follow-up abilities.
Good sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate AV products.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship management.
Experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) or Hardware

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
