Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Coffee Culture's standard recipes and quality standards.
Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, taste, and presentation.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
Recommend menu items and upsell beverages, food, and promotional offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area in accordance with company and food safety standards.
Perform daily espresso machine calibration and ensure beverage quality throughout the day.
Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients,



and report shortages promptly.
Minimize product wastage by following standard recipes and portion controls.
Assist in receiving and storing inventory as per company guidelines.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Support café operations during peak hours and work collaboratively with the team.
Participate in product training and continuously improve coffee knowledge and service skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
