Responsibilities
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries.
Provide information on travel packages, visa procedures, and ticket bookings.
Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements.
Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email,
and WhatsApp.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Requirements
Age: Above 25 years and below 50 years
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Customer-oriented attitude.
