Location:-jogeshwari west mumbai (work from office)

Salary:- 10,000-50,000 per month
(depending on perfomance in the interview)

job summary
as a customer support executive,you will serve as the primary digital touchpoint for our brand. you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing complaints, and providing real-time assistance through dedicated email and chat channels. this is a 100% non-voice role requiring zero phone calling.





key responsibilities
provide support:-respond to customer queries via email and chat tools.

maintain quality:-ensure accurate professional and grammatically correct text replies.

resolve issues:- troubleshoot customer problems and escalates complex cases.

track data:- update chat history and ticket details in the system

Requirements

Experience:- freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
skills:- robust written english and positive computer typing speed.

Pay: From ₹10,650.38 per month
