Job Title: Admission Counselor

Location: Jaipur

Job Description
Become a product expert and effectively present the company’s courses/programs to prospective and existing students.
Connect with and counsel potential students regarding suitable programs based on their needs and career goals.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with team members to drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update data in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned admission targets on a monthly basis.
Track and review daily funnel activities to improve productivity and conversion rates.

Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in admissions, counseling, sales, business development, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Hands-on experience with CRM tools and calling systems (CTI).
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is an added advantage.
Robust understanding of counseling, sales, and negotiation techniques.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and passionate about helping students.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Adaptable with work schedules.
Minimum graduation from a recognized university.

Experience
1–4 years (Experience in EdTech or admission counseling preferred)

Work from Office (Jaipur)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
