Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their beauty and skincare requirements.
Recommend suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
Demonstrate products and provide personalized beauty consultations.
Achieve monthly sales and store targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.
Manage billing support, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
Keep up to date with new product launches and beauty trends.
Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in beauty retail,
cosmetics, skincare, or customer service.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for beauty are welcome.
Positive communication skills in Malayalam; basic English is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, sales orientation, and customer-first approach.
