Job Title: HR Executive / Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Recruitment

Location: Coimbatore

CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and process-driven HR qualified to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR operations. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and taking ownership of HR functions in a quick-paced organisation.

Experience Required
4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in payroll processing for 600+ employees is preferred.
Experience in recruitment across multiple levels of employees.
Manufacturing, poultry, FMCG, or similar industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, staff, and managerial positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source, screen, schedule,



and coordinate interviews.
Ensure positions are filled within agreed timelines.
Maintain and track recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Payroll & HR Operations
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure zero payroll discrepancies.
Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Statutory Compliance
Handle PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for timely filings and submissions.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

HR Systems & Process Implementation
Maintain and improve HRMS and attendance systems.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and approval workflows.
