We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CAD Pattern Master to join our team at Mettaloom. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in Optitex CAD or Gemini with a solid background in the garment industry.

Key Responsibilities
Pattern making, grading, and nesting using Optitex CAD software
Developing accurate patterns from tech packs, samples, and design briefs
Grading patterns across all required sizes with precision
Executing marker making and nesting for fabric efficiency and cost optimisation
Handling manual pattern development and alterations alongside digital CAD work
Coordinating with the design, sampling, and production teams throughout the product development process
Making pattern corrections and revisions based on fit sessions and buyer feedback
Maintaining an organised library of pattern files and graded size sets
Ensuring all patterns meet quality, construction, and measurement standards

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
