We are looking for an Executive/ Sr Executive Fuel Management ( Tower Business) to

manage daily delivery operations, route planning, driver performance, and customer

escalations for Telecom Tower Operations. The candidate should ensure timely deliveries,

optimize routes, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Telecom Tower Operations

Allocation and Management of Fuel Delivery to Tower Sites with

planning and execution of delivery routes

Over see general sourcing and distribution of the diesel to sites

Monitoring site Diesel Consumption and DG running trend

Site visits for routine spot-checks in clusters for Diesel issues

Training and Coordinating the current logistics drivers and fillers and

monitor performance

Reconciliation of Diesel with Client FSEs and AOMs in clusters

Sending Daily Stock Reports and Purchase and Sale reports





Daily Diesel Indent custody and upload

Ensuring On Time Delivery and 100% compliance to SOPs

Handling of operational customer escalations

Monitor delivery KPIs and improve productivity.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Telecom Tower Operations preferred

• Experience in route planning, driver management, and escalation handling.

• Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.

• Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
