Job Title: Telecaller – Home Loan Sales

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our home loan sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their home loan requirements, explaining our loan products, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain home loan products and services in a clear and skilled manner.
Identify customer requirements and assess basic loan eligibility.
Generate and qualify leads for home loans, balance transfers, and loan against property (LAP).
Follow up with interested customers until the application process begins.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and processing teams for smooth customer handling.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.





Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
Ability to convince customers over the phone.
Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Freshers are welcome. Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
