Sampling and Product Development
Manage the sampling process from initial development to buyer approval (fit, proto, and pre-production (PP) samples).
Create tech packs and Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately.
Coordinate the lab dip, fabric, and trim approvals ensuring they match buyer specifications.
Sourcing and Procurement
Track and follow up with local and nominated fabric and accessory suppliers.
Ensure all raw materials are ordered, delivered, and inspected on time to avoid production delays.
Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain fabric and trim consumption sheets.
Production Coordination & T&A; Tracking
Create and strictly monitor the Time and Action (T&A;) calendar to track progress from order receipt to final dispatch.
Assist in conducting Pre-Production meetings with cutting, stitching,



and finishing floor managers.
Coordinate daily with the production, quality, and packing departments to solve on-floor issues.
Documentation and Shipping
Assist the merchandising team in preparing documentation for shipment, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
Coordinate with the quality control team and buying agencies for final inspections.
Track delivery updates and maintain open communication with the buyer regarding shipping statuses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
