Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design & Development • Develop cutting-edge interior design concepts aligned with client requirements, project goals, and brand standards. • Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, and material palettes. • Produce schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation. • Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, joinery details, and finish schedules. • Create 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent effectively. Project Coordination • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams. • Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site coordination meetings. • Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards. Technical Documentation • Prepare detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and specifications. • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for design compliance. • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.



Site & Execution • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution aligns with approved designs. • Address site-related issues and provide design solutions during construction. • Coordinate with vendors for material selection and procurement support. Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field. • Minimum 4 years of qualified experience in interior design. • Solid portfolio showcasing completed interior projects. • Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or workplace interiors. Technical Skills • Proficiency in: o AutoCAD o SketchUp o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) o 3D visualization tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray o Revit (preferred) o MS Office Suite • Strong understanding of: o Space planning and ergonomics o Material selection and specifications o Furniture and joinery detailing o Lighting and ceiling design o Interior cons
