About Us

We are a growing architecture and interior design firm based in Kirti Nagar, Delhi, specializing in residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
Manage labor teams and resolve in office issues efficiently.
Verify material deliveries, usage, and inventory at the site.
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project team.




Ensure compliance with company standards and site safety regulations.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
2–3 years of experience in site supervision for interior fit-out or architectural projects.
Robust understanding of construction methods, interior finishing, and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and working drawings.
Positive communication and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and WhatsApp for reporting.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi-NCR.

Preferred Skills
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Knowledge of BOQs, material estimation, and vendor coordination.
Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
