Robust understanding of hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across accommodation, public areas, and offices.Experience in managing housekeeping supplies, linen, and consumables, with cost-control awareness.Capability to train junior staff, instill discipline, and promote best practices in housekeeping operations.Explicit, qualified communication with staff, management, and guests; ability to escalate issues promptly.Willingness to handle unexpected challenges, emergencies, or special requests efficiently
