Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered).
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of interview techniques and recruitment best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
