Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)

About the Role

Gruham Developers is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, solid coordination abilities, and complete confidentiality while managing executive schedules, meetings, and business priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
Manage the MD's daily calendar, appointments, and business schedule.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prioritize tasks and reminders to ensure key deadlines are met.

Communication & Coordination
Draft skilled emails, letters, presentations, and business documents.
Screen calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.




Act as the communication bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Business Operations
Track ongoing projects and prepare progress reports.
Follow up with sales, marketing, HR, accounts, purchase, and site teams on pending work.
Maintain confidential business records and documents.
Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Travel & Event Management
Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, transportation, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate client meetings, corporate events, and business conferences.
Assist in planning company events whenever required.

Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Handle confidential documents with complete discretion.
Perform research and collect business-related information as required by the MD.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
