Role & responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans in accordance with ICSE curriculum guidelines.
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), and General Knowledge, ensuring conceptual clarity.
Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Develop and implement creative teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Monitor and evaluate students academic progress, behavior, and overall development.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
Provide individual attention to students, addressing diverse learning needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom setting.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
Participate in school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and school management for curriculum planning and implementation.
Ensure adherence to school policies, ICSE standards, and child safety norms.
