Overview

Earthen Story is an Indian organic food brand. We are looking for a creative, outspoken, people-facing person to help us build customer engagement, community activities, and engaging outreach campaigns around the brand.

This role is for someone who enjoys talking to people, coming up with ideas, and turning small customer queries into memorable conversation. Fresh graduates are welcome if they have the confidence, creativity, and energy to engage people.

What you will do

· Speak to customers, prospects, community members, and brand followers over phone, WhatsApp, and in person.

· Run straightforward but compelling customer engagement activities, feedback drives, WhatsApp campaigns, sampling ideas, contests, and community experiments.

· Think of creative ways to get people to try Earthen Story products,



talk about them, and share feedback.

· Proactively suggest and test recent community ideas, formats, and outreach experiments without waiting for perfect instructions.

· Coordinate with customers for reviews, referrals, testimonials, UGC, repeat orders, and small brand-building activities.

· Track responses, organize contact lists, and make sure follow-ups happen properly.

· Work with the founder/team to convert raw ideas into practical outreach campaigns.

· Observe what customers are saying and bring back useful insights for product, content, and growth.

· Creative bent of mind; you enjoy coming up with campaign ideas and trying new approaches.

· High ownership and enthusiasm; you bring energy to conversations and are excited by building something new from scratch.

· Good spoken English and Hindi;
