Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office & Admin Executive to manage our reception, support daily office operations, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a qualified manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents.
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.
Support HR activities, including attendance, leave records,



and employee documentation.
Assist with office purchases, inventory, and facility management.
Prepare basic reports, letters, and presentations when required.
Ensure the reception and office areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide administrative support to the management team.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administrative roles.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
Solid organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Experience in a corporate office or digital marketing agency.
