Role & responsibilities
Develop samples for Kurtis, Tops, and Kurta Sets based on designs, reference images, or specifications.
Create production-ready samples with proper fitting, measurements, and finishing.
Suggest improvements in garment construction and design for better fit and production efficiency.
Coordinate with the design and production teams during sample development.
Ensure quality standards are maintained in every sample.
Modify and finalize samples based on feedback before bulk production.
Maintain accuracy in stitching, cutting, and garment finishing.
Meet sample development timelines and support smooth production planning.

Preferred candidate profile




25 years of experience as a Sampling Master/Boutique Master in the garment industry.
Hands-on experience in women's ethnic wear, especially Kurtis, Tops, and Kurta Sets.
Robust knowledge of garment construction, fitting, stitching, and finishing.
Ability to develop samples from reference images, sketches, or design concepts.
Valuable understanding of fabrics, measurements, and production processes.
Attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
