Manage the overall warehouse operations, including inward, storage, inventory control, and outward dispatch of materials.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/software and regular stock reconciliation.
Plan and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor material movement and ensure timely availability of materials for production and project requirements.
Coordinate closely with the Purchase, Production, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams.
