In-Hand Salary:
During Probation (First 2 Months): Approx. ₹23,000/month

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – International Collections with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international collections process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, with experience in recovering outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to company policies.
Resolve customer queries related to billing and payment issues.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets and quality standards.
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and international collection practices.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Collections Process (Mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.
