Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Digital Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive organic lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and direct marketing within the Forex industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
Plan and execute organic lead generation strategies.
Handle social media marketing campaigns across major platforms.
Oversee direct marketing activities and ensure target achievement.




Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
Coordinate with sales and management teams for lead quality and conversion support.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and team productivity.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing in the Forex market.
Proven experience in Organic Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing, and Direct Marketing.
Prior experience in leading or managing a marketing team.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.
