Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Java Full-Stack Developer with knowledge of Java Spring Boot and React.js technologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about software development, eager to learn modern AI-assisted coding practices, and comfortable working with tools such as Claude AI and other AI coding assistants.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of prompt engineering, the ability to interpret and validate AI-generated code, and solid analytical/problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
Work with REST APIs, backend services, and frontend UI components
Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate development and improve productivity
Understand, review, and refine AI-generated code before implementation




Create effective prompts for AI coding assistants to generate better outputs
Debug, test, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with senior developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders
Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices
Learn and adapt to recent technologies and development methodologies

Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Java (Core & Advanced concepts) and Spring Boot
Understanding of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Knowledge of Git/version control systems
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, or GitHub Copilot workflows
AI & Prompt Engineering Skills
Experience using Claude AI or similar AI
