Automation QA Engineer

About The Role
As a Automation QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, system architectures, and user stories to create end-to-end test strategies, structured test plans, and detailed test scenarios
Conduct thorough defect analysis and root-cause investigations, working alongside developers to ensure rapid resolution of issues
Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Core Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG




Validate REST and SOAP web services by creating automated API test suites with RestAssured and performing exploratory testing with Postman or SoapUI
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and version control maintenance using Git and Maven
Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, and stress test scenarios using Apache JMeter
Monitor application health, identify system bottlenecks, and analyze performance logs using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end system testing to maintain platform stability across test and staging settings
Actively participate in Agile team ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, ideally within fintech or enterprise-level systems
Proven track record in test analysis, test strategy development, and comprehensive
